Creating a good newsletter can be hard at times. There are at least three things we need to consider when trying to create one, the newsletter design, contents, and how to distribute the newsletters. Nowadays, we have online website builder, online track mixes tool, events registrations builder, etc, but how come there isn’t one for a newsletter builder? Fortunately for you, now there’s LetterPop.
LetterPop is a web2.0 ajax-based online newsletter builder that allows you to create and send out newsletters online and in print for families, businesses, friends, churches, schools, or any other organization. When you create your first newsletter, you will be presented with many pre-made templates which you can choose from. Simply drag and drop your template on the workspace, and begin creating your online newsletter. Adding images are as simple as drag and drops as well. Texts are added real-time in your newsletter, and you can add pages for as many as you like. After you have done creating your newsletter, you can publish it or send it to your contacts and mailing lists. All newsletters sent out by LetterPop includes an unsubscribe link in the email. This allows recipients to opt-out of receiving newsletters sent by LetterPop members. This is an important part of using email responsibly and to prevent LetterPop from being used for sending unsolicited bulk email (spam). For the basic free account (1 year subscription), you can upload images for up to 25, create newsletters and mailing lists up to 6 for one year and add contacts for up to 100. Overall, LetterPop offers a simple way to create and distribute your own online newsletters. The interface is very easy to use, and the site design, as well as the pre-made template designs, are simply amazing. You will be able to upgrade to the Premium membership with your own profile, but unfortunately, that feature is not ready just yet. There aren’t that many services on the net that offers the same ease of use as LetterPop. Some of the web services I can think of are SiteKreator and LeafLetter. Both are on a different niche. The bottom line is, LetterPop can help you create and distribute newsletters quickly, easily, and with style.
