timebridge_logo.pngAs professionals, we work around the clock and rarely have time for any other activities. Meetings after meetings take place, and time flies by that we can barely keep up with it. All this have everything to do with scheduling. How can we set up schedules for our meetings? That really is the actual question we have to ask ourselves. With the increasing technology in the internet, there has to be a way to do this. Thankfully, there’s TimeBridge.

TimeBridge is the first Personal Scheduling Manager, linking Microsoft Outlook and Web 2.0 to bring busy people together. Schedule meetings efficiently, hold them sooner, and get more done. With TimeBridge one-step scheduling, you select participants and send alternative meeting times using your Outlook email. TimeBridge does all the rest— collects everyone’s availability, quickly finds and confirms the best time, creates an online space for documents and comments, and updates your calendar.

Features of TimeBridge:

  • Unlock Outlook: Integrates your Outlook calendar and email for scheduling without flipping back and forth. Makes setting up a meeting as easy as sending an email
  • Confirm Times Quickly: Selects the best time from invitees’ responses, and alerts you if a meeting cannot be confirmed or responses are not received. Meetings come together in record time
  • Invite Anyone: Invite anyone with a Web browser, TimeBridge works with every email client and calendar, and prevents time-zone errors automatically. Connect, confirm, complete
  • Avoid Conflicts: Offer several meeting times with no risk of conflict or waste, TimeBridge reconciles responses, selects a time without conflicts, then clears unused time on your calendar
  • Share Meeting Materials: Automatically creates an online workspace for every meeting. Post the latest agenda, documents and messages to cut confusion, version errors and email overhead
  • Eliminate Busywork: Keeps meeting attendees posted on changes, holds and clears proposed times on your calendar and avoids errors and conflicts, so you stay productive and in control

Overall, TimeBridge has made it very easy to get everything set-up. We personally like how TimeBridge focuses on removing repetitive steps, makes it easy for recipients to respond, creates a very useful service, and most of all, TimeBridge does them all for free. WorldTechLogic has posted several similar web2.0 services in the past called Rminder and Zoho Planner. All have been web-based applications while TimeBridge uses MS Outlook to bridge your meeting schedules with you.

Unfortunately, TimeBridge is now in its Private Beta phase. Only selected professionals who provide their corporate email address can signup at the moment. To signup for a TimeBridge Private Beta account, you can click HERE!
