Woot! is an online store and community that focuses on selling cool stuff cheap. Woot! sells one item per day until it is sold out or until 11:59 PM central time when it is replaced. Each item Woot! sells is in stock and typically ships within 2-3 business days. Woot! releases every new product every morning at 12 AM central time, seven days a week. If a product sells out during its run, a new item will not appear until the next release time.
An important note: If you buy something you don’t end up liking or you have what marketing people call “buyer’s remorse,” sell it on eBay. It’s likely you’ll make money doing this and save everyone a hassle. Another alternative is to call the manufacturer of the product you bought. You will likely get a replacement of a new model or better item from them. And finally, if all doesn’t work, you can email rma@woot.com with your Woot! order number, the name of the product you are returning, and the detailed problem with the item. With this option, you should be prepared for a refund-only option (return freight will be at your expense).
Woot! is not a bidding service or an online store, per se. Rather, it’s a fun way to get expensive items at slashed prices.
